1. Delivery Areas & Schedule

· Pre orders placed then qualify for Next-Day Delivery

· Live orders placed then qualify for Same-Day Delivery.

· Delivery slots are available from [7Am] to [1Pm], Monday through Sunday.

2. Packaging for Freshness

· All products are food grade container-packed to maintain hygiene.

PP5 (polypropylene) is widely considered one of the safest plastics for food storage

· We use [Insulated Bags/Ice Packs] to ensure your order remains at a food-safe temperature for our facility to your doorstep.

3. Shipping Charges

· Standard Delivery: [50/-Rs] flat fee.

· Free Delivery: On all orders above [500/-Rs].

4. Receiving Your Order

· Freshness Guarantee: Since these are highly perishable items, someone must be present to receive the order.

· If no one is available, our rider will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, the order will be returned to our facility to prevent spoilage. Redelivery may incur an additional fee.

5. Order Tracking

· You will receive a LEATS App notification once your order is out for delivery with a real-time tracking link.

6. Inspection & Returns
