If a product is out of stock, the order may be cancelled or a substitute may be suggested.

Since we sell fresh meat, no refund for taste, personal preference, or change of mind.

We do not use harmful or illegal substances in our products.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers must check the products at the time of delivery.

Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Complaints after this period will not be entertained.
